Visionledd's founders, Jim and Kathy Cantelon, along with their dedicated associates and field workers, believe it is possible to keep hope alive. They believe the key lies in mobilizing the local churches of Africa by way of implementing a four-pillared strategy of Awareness, Education, Care & Housing, and Home Based Care.

The church is the most powerful entity in Africa today. It has tens of thousands of congregations. These points of presence truly have the potential, when awakened, to be a brilliant light in the dark night HIV/AIDS has brought upon the people.
